so I have very fast internet and since my abrosia has started working for me it has attempted to buy 6 items but failed to buy everyone. My settings during these failed attempts were:

refresh rate general wait delay: between 4.5 to 9.0 seconds (I also changed it every now and then to about 3.5 to 6.7 seconds) I like to change only this rate every few hours or days as it makes me look more human

pre-haggle buy delay: between 0.4 to 0.7 seconds

OCR page delay: between 0.6 to 0.9 seconds

The thing is those 6 failed buys were 1 missed morphing potion and then 5 stamps, so maybe it just missed all attempts because I was unlucky or because these items all have a minimum profit of 300k so they are harder to grab than other items. However I am just wondering if I can lower my haggle and OCR delay rates a bit so that I have a higher success rate, while still looking human and not increasing my chance of being frozen by a good amount?

what do you guys think, and what do you all use/what is your success rate with total number of items purchased/total number of items attempted?

I am thinking of lowering my prehggle to between 0.3 to 0.6

and ocr to between 0.5 to 0.8, would that even make a substantial difference? or can I lower them even more and be more aggressive without looking way more suspicious?

Your settings are fine. It just so happens that you're competing with many many other people in these shops, which will result in a lot of misses.

Yeah as these guys have said, if you want to get decent profit but more success, try a lower profit threshold. More items at a lower profit are much more beneficial than one or two big ticket items that every man and his dog would be trying to grab.

For example, this is from ~6 months of ABing semi regularly, with many smaller profit items bought.

hot dayum, what is your minimum profit set at? so 596,932, 450/1605 = 371,920, was each item you grabbed about 300k in profit then? my minimum profit is set to 98 k anyways, should I just ab in other shops besides post office and magic?

Actually, most items would be a profit margin of about ~5k-99k. It is only a few amount of high profit items that are skewing the total profit and average up. Set your minimum profit to something like 5k, Abrosia prioritizes higher profit items anyways and you're only missing out on profit from lower end items by setting your profit margin to 98k.

haha shit I always get A's in math and feel dumb for not thinking of the skew, ha thanks

You may choose to lower your settings, BUT try them on lower profit items to see the overall buy times. Under 1600ms = unsafe. Also, since your profit margin is so high it will naturally be much harder to get items.

so only under 1600ms is unsafe? I have always seen on here that safe buy times are anything between 1800-2400ms, I just bought something at 1780ms so I hope that doesn't look suspicious

Usually we consider 1500ms+ to be the "optimal safe zone". 2400ms is kinda slow. 1780ms is fine.
