Is the tracking of items bought from Abrosia working?

I just checked my Buy Logs in my Neotracker and it seems that it stopped recording buys for me too. @Pyro699 @ShadowLink64? Any insight please? Maybe something on the back end has stopped working

Update:
Somehow there was a user with a timezone set to an empty string ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have manually re-run the cronjobs and everything should be running properly now. Please let me know if you ever notice the "last updated" date, be more than 3 days off.

Got RS banned today. Lols. Wont be able to test it.

I have the same problem. Stopped playing 2 years ago and came back last week, but there are no updates on neo tracker, my bank balance also remains the same

My neo tracker still hasn't been tracking, last track date was April 9th.

Thanks for tagging me @Strategist - I will take a look now.
I just ran them all manually, found the only one that was not tracking was the bank updates. Buy / Sales logs should still have not worked... however i ran everything manually... Please let me know if something is still not working

@Pyro699 The issue is still existing. Nothing has been track for the past 2 months.

The data is there, I just need to figure out why it isnt working for you
I see you have two profiles, and the cached folders for each of them are there.

Yes! Its working again. Thanks so much for fixing it up. Can finally see who have been contributing to my neobank again. Haha.
