I've been playing a lot of the Bedrock edition lately, I just had a craving to play recently and I've been enjoying building a new world.

 

Does anyone else still play? Does the old Codex server still exist?

No. I recall wining my edition of minecraft from a codex competition or something. I played a ton then, but really only play when I go on a trip and forget to update my Sims game (since it won't allow me to play without updating).

I still play mostly single player with cherry picked mods that I feel adds to my experience.

I play on an SMP server every day No the Codex one was removed years ago now. Everyone just seemed to give up on it so I shut it down. At the moment, I play on SynergyCraft (an Aussie SMP server with cool owners). Used to play on Aussie Youtuber, Dataless822's SMP server until that was shut down at the end of July. With the 1.13 update, it has renewed my interest in Minecraft all over again and I love it!

Wait, so if you have no internet you can't play the Sims? 

You can, but if the game requires an update and you didn't update, it won't let you play.

I play by myself when I have time, which isn't much. I do miss the old codex server though

I play modded from time to time, always changing modpacks sometimes I play maps too, and recently I've been trying some SMP but it really isn't the same thing as the old codex server.

I think for the community a vanilla server would be more fun, especially with the aquatic update!

It would be cool to have a bedrock edition server so that people can play on consoles, mobiles, etc.  Me and @Kat are enjoying it, she plays on her Switch while I play on PC.
