It happened before I started running abrosia, when I was trying to get the proxy to work in the web settings.

 

I don't know if it's related, but I have a vpn I use and abrosia wasn't working at all when my vpn was connected. I got this error when my vpn was not on.

It looks like the information you have put in for the port part of your proxy is not accurate. 

 

Make sure you are including "http://" or "https://" and also the number that comes after the address. Let me know if that doesnt make sense and i can try to explain a bit better
