Advanced membership payment help

I renewed my advanced membership a couple of hours ago (using paypal) but it is still showing as a pending invoice, not showing under purchases and my advanced membership is marked as expired.

 

I have sent a support request, but wondering if anyone else has experience with this issue, and how long am I likely to have to wait before my support request is actioned and it's all sorted out?

It may take a day or so for the payment to go through the system completely and be checked for fraud and such (if I recall right).  Support request should be answered pretty quickly, but I'll ping some of the admins here for you, as only they have access to payments and that support system.

Oh thank you. The reason it had me concerned was that last time (which was my first time purchasing) the payment and access to advanced was instantaneous :)
