Not sure if its just me but sometimes the ABer will say its refreshing but the counter isn't going up per refresh and shows 0 items in shop when there is actually in fast items in the shop. no error messages or anything. When i log out and back in doesn't solve it or closing down then logging back into same account or changing IP through VPN. Only fix is when i change account and start ABing on that one.

 

I know there was Items in shop due to being logged into my main through another device.

 

Accounts are not frozen.

Are you logged into your AB account at the same time you're logged into that account on neopets? You can't be on neo and ABing with the same account at the same time. 

 

The shop may also just have auto cleared so it's showing 0 items due to that. 

 

You could also just be RS banned on that account.

The ABer seems to not count refresh when shops empty. I think the time when there was items i was just RS banned so no real issue my bad.
