AFAIK the forum here does not allow talk of selling in real life currency, so I am unable to quote prices.

 

As far as cost in other -- it really depends on what you are looking for in an account.

If you just want an account that's aged a bit with no other special features (a shell), you can buy shells at 2-3 accounts for 1 other.

VWN (very well named), RW (real word) and older accounts cost more, as do accounts with retired avatars / site themes / site event trophies / game trophies. Some accounts come with plot points available from older plots that were completed on the account, and that also makes the account more valuable.
