I am also a sucker for character creation, and Neo is a good safe sandbox for that.

I haven't played games for years. Playing Neopets is honestly the only fun I still have playing games. The nostalgia factor is big of course but it's also just a really well made game and unique experience if you can look past the obvious flaws.

Noticed the next Altador Cup was coming up...

But looks like y'all haven't done that in awhile so might or might not sit this one out.

Random urge. Wondered how much NP I could hoard and just buy things only with the interest. Collect the collectibles.

 

Abrosia stopped working again though. Which is how I had fun, since I liked making custom lists and trying out different combos of margin/profit for inventory movement, that kind of stuff.

 

If anyone knows if Abrosia will come back, tell the programmer to shut up and take my money!

I would say nostalgia but I've been playing on and off, more on than off for 2 decades so there hasn't been a year that I haven't logged into my account to play. So I guess it's more comfort and fun. Simply put, I still enjoy it. I enjoy it in more ways than I did before now that flash stuff isn't available so I've learned Food Club and started neodeck collecting and doing other things that I didn't pay attention to at all. So that's nice.
