I just came back to neopets and paid 4.99 for the membership and opening to see it doesnt work =/
How can i get my refund? Honestly dont know why the option to pay is still there even if it doesn't work and from what im seeing, for months now. Please help.

I have issued you a refund, you could have simply asked for that.
There are issues at the moment that are outlined in the top announcement post: http://www.neocodex....tes-stop-usage/
I have heard rumors that neopets actually reverted their change that enabled the ddos protection, so i will get someone to test that out later on.
The advanced membership contained more than just the programs. If it turns out that the ddos protection is still implemented, I will remove the programs from the description of what the membership contains.

Question: Is ABing the only thing that needs to be checked? If the safety of some of the auto players like snow wars, and cheat and the rest need to be tested I'd be more than happy to.
I don't wanna full on SS though because admittedly I'm too stupid to do it properly and getting banned wouldn't even be the program's fault.

The thing that would have changed between then and now - is just that occasionally neopets would request you to answer a capcha during any random request. Playing pyramids or neggsweeper will be adequate enough... And yes, I picked those 2 programs because they were my favorite to write.
