hi! i'm returning to neopets and very new to abrosia. i've used it a few times without any problems, but now i am only getting this error message:

i've searched the forums for a solution and the only one i found was running the program as an administrator. i tried this (on a mac, what a drag) and this did not solve the issue so i figured i would post here. sorry if the answer is somewhere and i'm just clueless!
