Private member applications are now open so go apply but keep one thing in mind. What voters look for is one thing - TRUST. Can you be trusted not to leak private information? This is the question we fobecause on. Things that show that you can be trusted are:
Activeness - You are active on codex, meaning you are not just trying to get in as a spy for another site
Contributions - You are working to make Codex a better place. The best contributions are ones which you discovered/invented/whatever by yourself.
and other stuff I can't think of but you can, so in your application post what you think makes you trustworthy, other stuff is usually not read at all. We are not always correct and you may be rejected even though you can be trusted. What you can do is during that month show you are trustworthy and apply next month, you'll have a higher chance of making it in.

Yay, they're finally open(you posted sorta late 
) they were open at 12:00 last night I believe, it was weird, because yesterday right before I went to sleep I asked ya "are they almost here" and today I check at school and they are.

Yes they can...that has nothing to do with their eligibility...The only li'miting factor is that they have to be registered for two months.

I'm not too worried if I don't make it, I mean, NCodex still rocks whether I'm private or not. I think it'd just be cool. I sense an uprising by the people who -won't- get made private when they think they deserved it.
