I remember there was a website that gave the answer to mystery pics every week and guess the marrow every day.

I know this site gives out MP answers to advance users, so why give the answer to guess the marrow too?

Only the first 10 people to guess correctly each day can win.

Yes. But what if throwaway accounts kept guessing answers until they got it and then the owner put the answer up to Neocodex. It would be first-come-first-serve, but at least more people would be actually winning a game that is entirely luck reliant.
