Hello everyone,

I know that some of you maybe be a little mad or angry or whatever when RDD/DarkByte became admin. Nothing like the past will happen again, and if it does, we will do something about it.

Now, right now I am kinda puzzled about a few things. Lately, administrators as well as staff have been making drastic decisions without first asking the public (which deeply disturbs me)

I am currently making a survey for all members to fill out which asks questions related to the quality of service the admins have, if you feel comfortable at NeoCodex, etc... I am going to design this survey so that you can speak your mind 100%. I may even make a bylaw or something to not use your free speech against you. I want all your opinions people! I have always been open to ideas, so give them to me!

Also, some of you have the fear of getting demoted or banned or whatever if you tell an administrator that they suck at doing their job or whatever. Some admins may take it as disrespect. You know what I say? I don't care if anyone respects me or thinks I suck as admin, as long as I am doing something right for the members. This survey/comment thingy I am making will allow you to tell us what we are doing wrong without the fear of getting banned or whatever (cause that is just NOT fair).

I do have a problem with this!! I should have been admin!!

heh just kidding, I have no problem with RDD being admin. He started the site, he contributed a lot, dont know hi'm very well but he seems nice.

rdd's a great guy, I've talked with hi'm before. shadow, you and hydro are awesome too. and, well, AUS is just uber-leet. I've never actually talked to thewu. I'm more than happy with things, I like the fact that security's tightening, even though it'll take me forever to make private.

I like the idea, I'm comfortable with rdd, I mean db as admin. really I cant think of anything to I'mprove on except a "meet AUS" topic, lol ive heard about hi'm but never seem hi'm post so I think if he ever has ti'me ask hi'm since hes so 1337. besides that I think all of the admins are doing a great job here on codex, I dont think it can get much better.

I think that the admins handle things quit well and for rdd being back, I think it's great. Everyone deserves a chance. NOBODY on here is perfect , no matter how hard they try, I mean freak...were human! 
And as for questions that could be asked on your survey, I'll try to help you out the best my brain will work tonight :blink:

1. What Admin. do you respect the most and why?
2. What Admin. do you feel handles the problems in ncodex the best and why?
3. If you have a personal problem with an Admin. how do you feel it should be handled and by whom?
4. Give one, two, or three things you would like to see change in ncodex and give your reasoning why.

Those questions are quite good, Freakymama, but perhaps add some for other staff members too... hmm... how about ones like:
Which problems/updates/etc. do you think have been dealt with the best way in the past? And what about the problems that were dealt with in the worst way?
