Congratulations everyone, our google adsense account went through and I will now start putting up the ads on our site. If you go to the portal, you will see them on the right hand side.

One thing I want to make very clear is that you are not to click these ads on purpose but only if the products the ads show interest you. here is a direct quote from google staff:

Congrats.  I once had a Google AdSense acct and it doesn't say you can encourage clicking them.  It only says you can't make fake clicks with programs or bots.

Yes it does. In googles policy, any special attention brought over to the ads is illegal so I'm going to try to stay away from that .

I can make them any size I want to but I dont really like large ads that take up a lot of space on the page

It should start fixing things up soon enough. But if it doesnt work out, then we might place it elsewhere. The portal was just the best place it seemed. The next place will probably be on the top of every page . Lets hope it doesnt go there .

Lol... if we put it in the top of the page it wouldn't be too bad... as long as it doesn't go in everyone's signature like in GzP then we're good.

Being on the portal would be much better. On the top of the page would bug me. Google ads follow whatever is word nearest to it.

Perhaps at a later ti'me netbus, I'm still getting used to the idea that I put ads on codex...something I would never have done a few months ago. To battle myself, I just weigh the pros against the cons

we REALLY encourage ALL of you NOT to use a program in ANY sort, or to click the ads like crazy. REALIZE codex could be in huge s--- if hydro got in trouble.

so, click if it sounds cool, it's just extra cash remember
