Administrator "password Guessing"

I have an issue that must be dealt with. On December 08th 2004 11:27 PM, someone tried to break into my account. Let it be known that if anyone even tries to attempt to break into an administrator's account, they will be banned.

The IP used was 154.11.37.175 which is a proxy. Whoever did this, I will find you (actually, I already have). The password used to guess my account was the same one that was used by none other than ******* to guess Hydrogen's password (username is not released, but I am sure you know who it is).

There really isn't anything I can do about it, just whatch out everyone and be sure to change your passwords frequently.

    Yes, the person had * letters in their name. Just don't tell anyone, and I edited out the number so ppl don't know who it is. If it is kept quiet then ****** will not PM me on MSN about it just in case my suspicions are wrong :)

    Admins know more than you think they do about the runnings of the board guys... I found this out now that I'm an admin of my own board (wolf rpg, not Neopets related :p ). It's really silly to try and fool the admins. :wink:

    actually... I'm probably the least knowing admin.. but props to the others for making up for my slacking :p .

    But.. if you try guessing my password I eat your head and spit out your brain. :)

    hopefully that person will get the clue and not do it again... I don't think we should know who he is because we may force hi'm out of the community... and the admins have apparently decided not to ban or suspend.

    About the password guessing isnt there a program that gets the passwords for members on neopets??
