I think the staff should like register users to use the store or to get points.  Each member would havta somehow be granted permission by the staff to use the points / store.

Wow... Dom, stop spamming. Thanks for taking my suggestion SL, it can be really good if it is not abused. It can take the place of the rep mod kinda, just donate points to people that make sigs or do something nice.
