First download mIRC from www.mirc.com. Once you have installed all of the mIRC files. Open up the mIRC exe.
Once has opened. Click continue and up top toolbar click tools then options.
Once done click on the + symbol to maxmize smaller settings and click server.
Search the servers until you come across Dark - Storm: Random Server. And have everything the same on your screen as the picture.

Once everything loads you a screen should come up with different channels. If not go to Favorites > More..
In the picture shown below have the same settings matching so you go to the corrent Neocodex server.
One done click okay and search through the channel list until you come across #Neocodex. Double click that to join the Channel.
