I'm stuck it says that to run msinet it needs to know what program made it what do I do what is the matter with it.please help

Try to be more specific..explain what you were trying to do, and quote the error you got. A screenshot might also help.

You are trying to run a VB program 
Most programs need MSINET.OCX to run. Here it is :
