Yea I know not to make frozen topics, but this one is different.

This account has been FROZEN for the following reason:

This account was found to be purchasing or selling Neopoints, Items and/or Pets.

Oh great-- I've been unfairly frozen + they're still billing me for premium, I have no way to cancel then by email and we all know they dont read them

. This SUCKS.

If you need to cancel and can't, try emailing the premium email which you can find at the bottom of the webmail page, they respond in a day or two. They'll probably get a way for you to cancel. Stupid neopets.

they dont have an option to cancel on some account panel?
