I have found when I go on to the internet, my home page has changed from google to this my web search thing and it adds alot of junk in my favorites :crybaby: When I go and look in my program files, it was there and I tried to delete it but it wouldn't let me :p Today it has disapeared from their and can't find it but there are these strange folders in there called "xerox" and "SixthDoesHope" which has nothing in their and can't be deleted :D

I have even more problems by this tool bar called "Bagsiso" which I can't seem to find any files to delete that. I go to view -> toolbars -> so then I uncheck the toolbar but everyti'me I go to a diferent page, It comes up again :o

Can someone help me??????  :crybaby:

:crybaby: Those symptoms are actually hacker attacks and web adwares and spywares. I also have those symptoms before but now.... Follow these steps to get rid of them:

1. Use a firewall (I know, but you might need it)
2. Use an Adware removal software (search google for spybot search and destroy)
3. Use it to remove all the spywares and adwares
4. Use regedit (the ulti'mate process), goto hklm, software, microsoft, windows, current version and look in run, runonce, runservices for programs that you also think shouldn't be there. (Note: Beware of run???? which have the "-" char)

EDIT: for the error, "Access Denied", use "msconfig" and get rid of the programs in startup that you think shouldn't be there. :p

use hijackthis to delete any hijacked values. Use regedit to delete any bad registry value. USE LINUX or at least Firefox instead IE.

this is not a hack attempt. ;)

you dont need fw for that but for any others attacks (cause this isnt a hack attempt)

If you are having probs with "Acces Denied" while cleaning its easier to boot ur comp into Safe mode.  This is ussually done by repetedly pressing "F8" during the bootup.  Just login to Admin acct to have full access to files and run the progs.  I do this once a week at the least.
