Hey, I'm a newbie to this site, and I'm not quite sure what its all about.  well, I get the general I dea, but I dont really know what I can do for the site, or what the site can do for me.  I heard about programs posted here, but what do they do? and how can I learn more about them and get them? ok, ill be whatching this post for a little while, thanks!

welcome to the board ...just to answer some of your questions, neocodex is a site about cheating on neopets...we are currently one of the top 3 cheating sites on the net (but people say we are the most friendly...) as for what you can do here...we ask that you be active and be a part of our community and just be one of the crew..to do that just post what you are thinking in the topics that you read ...what the site can do for you: give you the best and up to date programs on the internet with new programs being made constantly...there are 3 sectoins...regular programs, the ones you can see right now...private programs (you have to be a private member...you apply for the position) and retired programs...(hand selected members..) the private programs are significantly better than member progs and retired is best of all...programs are located at the bottom of the board in the member area...

thanks, this sounds like a really great site. I can tell how close the community is already: you, one of the admins PERSONALLY replied to my post within a few minutes.  that has never happened on any other forums of ANY topic that I have ever been a member of.  looking forward to being a member of the community.

lol thanks well...you will soon find out that neocodex isnt really like any other forum you have been on before...we do things a bit differently...and whatever works should be done , it works damn good...

by the way...you will most probably get a very fast reply since there is usually someone always on ...
