I am making a VB program that will  automatically get you a strength or defense point from coltzan's shrine and I was having problems arranging the program to stay on NST and I wanted to know how to do this. thanks

I dont know anything about programing, but would it help to set it to pacific ti'me, or what ever that coast of the us is? if not sorry. I dont know too much about this like I said
