Also, does anyone know a good way of getting ACTIVE referrals for these sites with a small expense? I've already tried one pay-to-signup-offers site, but it was a total failure without referrals

I actually hacked into a traffic exchange server and sent out a mass email to all there members saying join this site (with my refferel link) and we will give u 20$ on ur acount I got 30 people to join instantly and there still comingWOW RDD your rich lol
oh and I did the same for getref 2 credits = 1 active refferal to any site
