er, whatis the use of reputation pts? :)

It has no real use, besides that it gives you a good reputation (duh ;p) and can somewhat help you get into private/retired membership. You usually just give out reputation if they did something commendable/not commendable.

If that keeps happening it'll get abused like it is on other boards. But [hopefully] that won't happen :) .

At the moment it aint gettin abused and people only get it when doing something good or get downgraded when doing something bad!

What we gotta figure out is how to determine a situation for lowering reputation, or a warning.

What do u mean, if they do a certain thing like something on a list of Rep -'s then they would get - reped?

Well, even as an admin, it's hard for me to distinguish what to warn a member for, compared to what to lower his/her reputation for.

But if you aint an admin and you couldnt warn then you would use the -rep. Thats what most people do here!
