is there like a delay before painted pets appear to new users? on my old account id see a ton but on my new one (2 days old) i havent seen one yet

Yes there's a delay. And it's 4 (four ) months, when you can only adopt some crappy brown, white, christmas and so on pets. X___X I hate that new rule...

I was tired of only having one pet ( a royal uni from np that I earned the hard way) SO I decided to do the famous "pound surf". I got a Faerie Aisha, Electric Cybunny & a Mutant Jetsam. Not too bad, but I go there sometimes even though I know my account is full. I only have one account at the moment so if I started new ones, it would take forever to have the ability to grab some good stuff.

Yesterday I was looking for the price of an Icy Snowflake. I found 5 Icy Snowflakes for 1 nps the first time looking.

I thought I had to get at least 1 of the 5, people are always faster then I am so yeah, didn't think I would get more then 1.
But the amazing thing was, I got all 5 of them for 1 np!! That made my day very good
Sold 4 of them for 40k and kept one for in my guilds avatar lending system.

That Tarla person gave them out one day so they dropped prices alot! And of course right at the moment I bought one to get the avatar, I bought one for 200k.......... Day after Tarla gave them out -.-

I have never had any luck pound surfing. The only pet I ever saw was a Halloween Kacheek, and I let it go.

I have had someone nail my Pea Chia during a transfer. I took too long, but I was still pretty pissed.

I remember two years ago you could pound surf and on a good day fill up your account with painted pets. Problem is i cant remember any of my account names but one had a yellow krawk. Anyway, ive been doing it since on a 4 month+ account and have not seen anything except an invisible wocky. Course I didnt really see it, because it is invisible, but you get the point. I also got a checkered petri if anybody wants one. Now adoption has become so annyoing, with applications and all that stuff. Its insane. I miss the good old days where the fastest man/women won.
