its not that this isnt allowed, its just that we dont support it and wont help someone who tries it if they get scammed...now dont get me wrong, I'm not calling you a scammer 
, for you have done nothing wrong...its just a general statement...because this is too hard to handle for members, we dont recognize these trades and they should be done at your own risk if you are to make this trade or any trades in the future

Nah, I don't think he was talking about real money, just trading accounts for nps or neopets items; but trading here is indeed extremely difficult to handle, for one thing, if someone's scammed and a squabble erupts, there's like almost no way to be 100% sure who's telling whole truth....... let's keep this place squabble-free.r u talkin about real money?
