Each boyscouts group can be different! Each christian group can be different! Every person can be different!
When I was in boyscouts we didn't have ANY stuff like what you just explained above. My god, I mean not even remotely close. And I'm 14, it hasn't been that long.
You provide a point =P. Like said, not every scouts group is required to be in the christian faith and a non homosexual.
