So I guess the program I made that blocked the Key didn't work :( And it does seem like your keyboard has something stuck internally. I don't know any viruses that can hang on during a reformat.



Print Screen is a memory resident, Master Boot Record (MBR)/Boot Sector infecting virus. There are two versions of Print Screen, the later version fixes some bugs.
When a system is booted from a Print Screen infected diskette or hard drive, the virus becomes memory resident in the top of memory. The virus then adjusts the amount of memory DOS thinks is installed by 2K.

After becoming memory resident, the virus infects any hard disk or floppy diskette which is accessed by the system. On floppy diskettes, the original boot sector of the diskette is copied to sector 11.


This is a 1989 virus. That cant be it right?
