omg on neopets someone has my password, Ive changed it like 5 times but items keep dissapearing!!

Change your email, then change your password, then clear your cookies/cache/history.

You really don't need to post your e-mail... Also, you might want to scan your computer of viruses, trojans, spyware, etc..

The reason the scammer hadnt changed my password was so that when I got cool items he could steal them and so I could keep getting items.

its a virus program lol I doubt any programmer on neocodex has the time to go solo and make a virus prog.

Install sygate personal firewall and blocked suspicious program from connect to internet/ send data out.

Install spyware remover (ad-aware, spyware search and destroy or microsoft antispyware) & antivirus to remove keylogger.

Change the email address (ensure the email account's password is different from neopets one), then change the password at neopets (ensure its not easy to guess, make something difficult and note it down as necessary)

I doubt that it's a virus or anything like that...I mean think about it - The scammer had your password and so while they had that they changed your email. Once they have changed that, they can have the password for your account sent to them whenever you change it so they can still get in and take your items even though you changed the password.

Once your email is changed back to your own one and you've changed your password again, THEN if someone is still taking items, worry about a keylogger etc.

lol, if u dont want people to know the email then dont post it. not saying that this place is bad. just a dumb thing to do if tnt is on here they can freeze everyone using your email. do what u want though.

A trojan would have just raped his computer.
Sounds like he just got owned by a keylogger or one of his friends in real life may not be the best friend in the world.
