If its something humanly possible, we always have a choice
And we already knew that. Thank you Mr. Obvious.

Every second we deal with choices.
Some are hard choices. Some are easy , simple choices .. Like what to eat for breakfast ..
I kinda realized we all have choices a long time ago ... I suppose that's what seporates us.We all deal with life and choices a different way...That's why it's called a choice .. we have multiple options ....
EDIT:
-But I've met a few people who believe that our life is layed out by 'the stars' (Don't ask me...)
So some people think we don't have choices. The 'stars' layed down our whole life ....

I think that if you have something that provokes the choice decision, then that's when you actually do have a choice.

Perhaps what you mean to say, Eggy, is that "fate" does not exist?
Exactly

Trying to understand God's logic is pointless. You just end up with a headache
One of the biggest debates in the world is that of how free will and fate can interact with eachother.
Yeah, God is a holy being. How can you understand someone that created the most complex? But philosophy is always fun, could just be about nature or something, not nessecarily god.
However we got here, I think logic just binds with life. I find it hard to understand how logic wasn't created, but it keeps the humans connected. But I think logic isn't what we might state as a limit. So I'm sure theres a way do to anything, we just are not of that knowledge.

We could think to ourselves, that choosing to reply to this topic, choosing to eat our dinner, choosing to breathe, is our choice... but how do we know if it's our choice, or if it's fate making the choice for us... but letting us think it was our choice. After all, if fate says "you'll eat your dinner this evening" and I say "well I'm hungry, I'll eat this dinner out of choice" then it's fate is it not?
Anyways I like to believe that I'm in control of my life. But I generally just go with the flow

I think its us that make it that way. its like if I try to fake sick, I end up sick.I don't think the fact that we have choices disproves fate at all though...
Sure, we think that we have the choice but what if the choice has already been pre-determined for us.

That statement is not true. We can't have choices and/or options when facing death. There no way to prevent death as there will always be a time when you die and money, medicine or nothing but God himself can stop it.
It's like saying your about to die, but your telling "death" to come back at another time.

You also don't have choices when it comes to authority, aka parents.
Of course you don't , but once you get older you get more authority. When you are a kid your parents need to guide you, they tell you what to do and not what to do, that way it helps you later in life.

It's actually hydrogen who chooses.

Het is eigenlijk waterstof die kiest.

To show you what I mean,, if someone collected every single piece of information about every particle in the galaxy they could then calculate exactly what would happen in the future. There is therefor no random chance.
