Hide IP is only so you don't get chained frozen/ip banned. Hiding your IP makes no difference on whether or not you will get frozen.

there's a lot out there. google for proxy server list and you get highly anoynomous ones. anyway if you want to make proxy chaining then you could get a proxy from any of the list then get to the website that offer free proxy(anoynomous surfing), in the url box, type in another website that offer this kind of service then go on from there and on and on. You could get a massively chained proxy that way. Easyand reliable :)

Your statment is false, some of our programs are coded to have a low freeze rate, while others; on the other hand, have a high freeze rate. They aren't coded wrong, it's just the way the program works and what it does that increases the freeze rate of things.

Also, Neopets can see through proxys. They probably also won't need your Ip to find out if your using a cheat program or not. They will just ban your account.

There are loads of IP hider programs online. You can choose any reliable one after studying the user reviews. Once you have installed the IP hardware program, You can ensure that your IP is really hidde by having an IP lookup from http://www.ip-details.com/ . Good luck.
