Yeah, it is a good drawing.
Whoever drew it (TNT) is talented. Whoever traced it (your friend) is very good, too.
That's probably going to be taken out.. I've seen people iced just for tracing over neopets images in the BC before, so watch tell your friend to watch out. :-/ I voted anyways though.

Thanks, I dont know if she traced, but nevermind, it got accepted to appear, so therefore, there must be nothing wrong with it
