Everything changes on Neopets, its too hard to keep up with. If your talking about starting a new account than you will probably be refrained from doing some things because they now make you have certain ages before doing things. Like 4 Month account before spinning the wheel of excitement. (I Know that aint true just made it up.)

Maybe it's old like when it used to be called Hypno Helmet and it went around in shops for 7k... but I assume not alot of us would remember that.
