To get this avatar, you must feed a Speckled Negg to a pet of yours. These will run anywhere from 100k to 200K. However, if you have a Skieth or Grral, you can feed them any Speckled object and still get the avatar.

Yeah, this one sucks. I hate having to spend NPs on stupid things like this.

I typed in 'Speckled' and refreshed lots, all I got was things in the 90k region, so it seems most stuff is more then 100k
