Invading North Korea doesnt really protect any American intrests, infact, like someone brought up earlier, its not good for Americans. We dont want China to be against us.

China in all truth in my eyes poses the greatest threat for america. Heck we could loose wars in other small countries, butt china has the only chance to take us over...

Silly Bill Gates. (No insult intended :x )
And I'll be along with the Republicans, though I think we should all just merge the parties together in order to create a pwnsome goverment.
Like... a goverment equivilant to The Justice League....

Bill Gates is a businessman, an entrepreneur. Nothing more.
As a side note, the first mechanical calculator was built by a German. The first device to use punch cards as an input method was created by a frenchman (it was a loom, btw). The first programmable computer was designed by an Englishman. Luckily for you, digital methods were largely put forward by an American, though as a saving grace, he did attend Gaylord High School. He also invented many devices, including rocket-powered Frisbees, a motorized pogo stick, a wearable computer to predict the result of playing roulette, and a flame-throwing trumpet for a science exhibition. Interesting...

Consider the age of America versus the age of most European countries. The numbers are quite different. While Europe was experiencing a technological revolution, we were trying to create the foundations of our society. Likewise, near the end of the British Industrial Revolution, Americans developed many note-worthy products and produced many important physicists and chemists.
Both continents have produced many important figures for science. If you find my post lacking in products and name, I'm happy to name people from America that have developed products you probably use. Lay down the sword, pls.

What on earth have I just said I am?

Sig by me
I am owned by Ali. If I try to remove this she'll prod me with that spork.
I am NOW owned by Tet. If I try to remove this she'll claw me with her nails.
I was always owned by Joe, as I am his wife, and therefore his property to be objectified at his whim.

I take your really very valid point concerning the age of the civilisations involved.

I do realize that America has some dark history... however I do not think it deserves the type of bashing it gets every day like Amagius gets. America is a great country just like many others are. I think we deserve just as much respect as... England gets for example

We've housed Jews, the French, Japanase tourists, immigrants, the Irish and all in one century of pure crap. We have the biggest cultural balance in the world.
I'd personally think Britian has done more, with the Victioran ages and all, I mean that just says it all, but then again you can't compare to Edison.
