Okie lets see, Im going to type this since I might copy something I didn't notice was there.

Okay lets see, firstlike.

If you do not have access to command prompt at your school, there is a way to get around it. first open up notepad, if that is blocked go to a webpage - rightclick - view source and voila you have notepad.

Delete everything in there and type "Command.com" without the prehenthysis, and save the file as batch.bat in somewhere you can access. Youll notice that it creates a file icon that looks like an .exe but with some crap in the middle. Double click it and you have command prompt!

Next to access blocked sites its fairly simple. Just type "ping neocodex.us" without the prehenthysis. and youll get a bunch of data junk. Just look for the i.p and put that in your webbrowser and voila you now have access to blocked website =)

Btw, this might get you into trouble if you get caught. So try at your own risk tongue.gif And dont look up anything your not supposed to, just use it to play games during those periods that are long boring.

Or just go to www.whois.sc/neocodex.us and get the IP from there tongue.gif But my school has them blocked as well so it is know use. Only way to bypass it at our school to my knowledge is set up a proxy server or something.

I am fairly sure that you will get caught just for making the batch file. Great idea though. I can get on Codex at school and even Myspace which I did last year during math class.

EVERYTHING is blocked here gargar, stuff like google translate and yahoo, almost everything. I think its everything is blocked and you can only use a few sites. Instead of vice versa.

There are other ways of bypassing I suppose.

I heard that you can translate the site name to another language and use paste that into IE. It should be able to go the the site now.

There's always the "cache" viewing where you search the site through Google. Don't click the main link and look near the lower part of the link. There should be a link saying 'Cache'. Click that and you should be on.

If you really want to bypass school filters, have you or a friend install a circumventor, and just use that.

My school is to smart for this. The program my school uses is called Surf Control.

I have Firefox Portable on my USB Jump Drive. I was wondering if anybody knew of an add-on that could bypass this or any other site blocker.
