It's invite only for the guides. Its really cool you type in a word in the search and a representative gets the results for it.
At first it starts out slow when you are a trainee but once you get past that it becomes alot easier to get money. You eventually get to train the trainees, its pretty cool.

The cash out is any amount you want. They send you a debit card so if you're younger than 18 use your parent's name. After the first cashout, they can just put the money on the debit card.
This isnt hard work at all, it becomes very simple once you do it like 3 times. It's like a real job.
