Life (Hit Points): Every hour of the day (For example: 2:00nst)
Speed: Every fifth minute of the hour (For example: 2:05nst)

Defense: Every tenth minute of the hour (For example: 2:10nst)

Strength: Every thirty minutes of the hour (For example: 2:30nst)
Level: Every two hours of the day! (For example: 2:00nst, 4:00nst, 6:00nst, etc.)
Burnt Food: 11:00nst - 12:00nst
