Do you need to be 2 months old to apply?

XC I think you can apply because the apps will be open for about another two days They will probably let it slide if it's that close

Ya, I'm sure it will be allowed. I am probably gonna close the applications on the 6th or 7th (not sure)..... or noiti, or Wu can do it
