I may be going to meet Daniel Ilabaca soon. A friend of mine, Pete (from Oxford), often meets up with him and has given me the opportunity to go up with him next time. I dunno though, an honor and everything to be able to meet one of the few people who can do monkey gainers and would probably be able to help me progress loads, but a 5 hour train journey each way to get to Liverpool is dispiriting.

I heard from several people, Daniel is a generally nice down to earth guy who will help anybody. His entire family is into both disciplines and he has a great staffold setup in his backyard. By the way, Pete who? Do you happen to know this Pete?

Nah, the Pete I know doesn't live in Manchester - we don't know the same person tongue.gif And yeah, that's one of the reasons why I respect Ilabaca so much. You can see people like Urban Freeflow who have massively inflated egos, but apparently Daniel is very modest and often gets out to help others and unlike UF, he won't charge you for it either.

I hear you man. UFF is currently organizing competitions as well as APK's leaders. They're all trying to market something that it wasn't created for. Anyway, how far is Oxford from Lisses? I'm planning to go to Lisses sometime in 2009 and maybe Manchester. The Pete I know wants me to meet with Daniel and his group that he trains with. If you didn't know, the biggest American groups that train on a regular basis are around 15 people and he said that they have around 40 people every time.

Mmm, well, haven't a clue in miles but if you're going up to Manchester, Oxford is right in your way. No excuse not to drop down then, you can meet the traceurs and trickers down here. Jams here used to be big (apparently as I hadn't started then) but at one point, the group separated and now there's around 8 people in each of the two groups: tricking and parkour. I conveniently flitter in between both, but I'm more PK orientated.

I do parkour and I live in Lincolnshire. We have one of the biggest teen parkour communities here with over 50 traceurs/trickers/freerunners in the area.

Our adress is www.lincsparkour.net

We'd love it if anyone could come down to anywhere in Lincolnshire e.g Boston or Lincoln are the main places. I live in Boston

I have a video of some of the Boston PK lot here

http://uk.youtube.co...h?v=BV_lotdQqs8

And Liam who can trick better than us all has a short tricking sampler here

Oh and a big video of all of the boston Lot here (New one in August)

http://uk.youtube.co...h?v=oL22fV1zSXk - I'm not in that one much at all because I lost everyone and walked to the skate park and they weren't there so I was there for about one hour till they came xD

Meh, i mean, i can front flip on a tampoline rofl.gif (mind you so can everyone), i can climb any tree/pole. If i need to get on a roof(about house height) i can do it. Normally a wooden plank does the trick, just wedge it against something, then squirm your way up it

I need to know these tricks to break into my own house when someone locks all the doors
