its been bought to my attention that if you are a programmer and then get upgraded to private member you will not be able to view programmer forums therefore we have 2 ne wmask

programmer+
same forum acess has private member but with
start/reply/upload/view in jr programmer

programmer++
same forum acess as above but with
start/reply/upload/view in jr & full programmer
