I'm still hearing quotes of much higher amounts. We will be lucky to get him for £20 mill. I can see there being some legal fees to pay before this is over lol.

I have seen some of the highlights from the Copa America and....WOW!!! Tevez is just getting better and better. He has been outstanding. Before he went to West Ham he was already a well known around the world for his talent. You only have to check youtube and watch some videos of him to see why xD

I think it's because they want some of the transfer fee but there are questions as to who actually owns the rights to the player. Therefore if West Ham sell him and they don't actually own him then they will lose their best player and get no money for him.
