thanks so much for posting this - I'm completely new to all of this but with your guide I set everything up really easily and I've already nabbed some items with 400k+ profits. I'm excited to see where things go...

PreHaggle/ OCR Delay: Leave these alone. They are perfectly fine the way they are.

RS Ban Check: Checks if you are RS banned every ____ Minutes. Set this to anywhere between 20-45 mins. your choice.

Haggle Algorithm: Use the Smart one. Set this to anywhere between 1-6

I know this is a late post, but I would like to add something to this.

If you have the haggle algorithm any higher than 5, you lower your chance of getting the item.
Remember, don't be greedy! Throw away a few more NP on buying the item and you will be more likely to score it and reap the profit it will get you.
    Try from 5.2-6.

Also, go ahead and lower the PH/OCR Delay if you have shitty internet.
For me personally, my country doesn't have the high-speed internet similar to that of the USA, and I'm on a slightly weak wireless signal.
You may also have to lower them if you are using crappy free proxies.
I set my times from anything to 0.1-0.3 for each to get decent speeds.
Just run the ABer on default delays at first, and observe your buying times.
Adjust them until you are getting a decent buying time (1800-2500ms).

Thank you Rikku for this guide!

If i lower my profit tp 1000, if there are 2 items that make 2k and 10k profit, which one this program will take first?

I'm pretty sure it will go for the 10k one. Checking items I've missed in the same restock, the first item always has the biggest profit.

    i have a question
if there are two items restocking at the same time and the profits are very different. Some are over 100k and some are only 1000
and those items are in all my manual list, how will the AB choose to buy? from the lowesy profit to high? or just random??? because i found that my AB always misses rare items and always restock low profit items(although those are my lists) . so i would like to know how AB choose or buy :) thanks

I'm not the programmer so I can only speculate, but I believe it targets the list in order, items higher up on your list have the greatest preference. You could also be missing the rarer items purely because more people are targeting them both legit and illegally.

Is it more profitable to use the default AB settings, or using a list?

If I accidentally list an item twice in a custom shop list, will this cause an error when the item is actually seen in a shop? I have a very large manual list that took a couple hours to make and I don't feel like going through and checking for duplicates...
