Its every site when this error occurs.

netsh winsock reset catalog

netsh dump

do both of those commands, then restart, power cycle your router, and try again


Also, you never responded after I told you to check if the DNS Client service is running... so you should check that too under services.msc

The DNS client service was off, which is weird, because I didn't touch that service.

so double click the dns client service, make it automatically boot, and start it, then your problem should be fixed smile.gif Have fun

Problem resurfaced, router is a POS. I'm running FINE coming straight from the modem, but the router wouldn't let my PS3 or PC connect. So do I need a new one? What should I go with?

a Linksys WRT54GL or Buffalo WHR-G125, WHR-HP-G54 , WHR-G54S if you want a G router

Linksys WRT300N or 350N if you want an N router


I know I love my GL smile.gif extremely stable and it only goes down if I make it go down happy.gif

Yeah, I decided last night I'm going with the WHR-HP-G54.
