I think she was talking about the americans in iraq, south africa, and asia not knowing where the U.S is I may be wrong. She was pretty dumb though.

as long as you keep out of consideration of the people in many parts of the country missing many teeth. Nah I know what you mean. It's gotten ENORMOUSLY popular in the last 4 days(It's gotten about 10 million hits, counting the other vids of it, on YouTube alone), so a lot of people have seen it.
