Overlooked makes no sense in that context.
Try "overshadowed".

If you wanted to use overlooked you would have to say, "I overlooked her hotness because of her stupidity" or "I overlooked her stupidity because of her hotness". I realize the quoted sentence may be a bit too difficult for you Amiko, it is a complex sentence.

Want me to break down why it is a complex sentence? I would like to assume you understand this, seeing as you are a senior. Sadly you don't leave me with that impression. rolleyes.gif

Lacking in impact becuse of length. Ultimately, however, an excellent finish, and reasonable overall delivery. I rate you a 7.5/10 tongue.gif

I had to make it longer to get some crack at Amiko in. You took the quick, easy jab. 1we8.gif I still wanted to bring up the fact that Amiko is going to be a senior, but I couldn't leave out how to properly form a sentence using "overlooked". You can't win every time, and remember, "Second is only the first loser". blink.gif

as long as you keep out of consideration of the people in many parts of the country missing many teeth. Just go past your local trailor park find the group of 10 guys all standing around a broken down truck trying to fix it for the 20th time, tell a good u might be a redneck joke and try counting the teeth u see.. might only need 2 hands to do it.

Good thing, I'd hate to have to steal someone else's hand. tongue.gif

Ehh... she tried sounding more intelligent than she is and the result wasn't any good.

It's a pretty hard questions. But I'd say, because a fifth of Americans are dumb, incoherent, illiterate, inbred, gun toting red neck who can't pin up a map rightside up. Was that racist?

"Miss South Carolina, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

+Cool points to the first person to tell me which movie I basically ripped that whole thing off of.

Billy Madison - I didn't copy laser either tongue.gif

I want to say something to defend the...socially inefficient citizens of America you're talking about, but you're right sad.gif And imo, not that wasn't racist.
