So far it's never spun more than 2 hours for me (and I've been played it 300-400 times). But the least it'll take is 30 minutes.

Is it really worth is waiting for 30mins just to get a prize?

Well, you can do whatever else you like during that time. You just need to leave a tab open for the wheel to spin. Of course it's worth it, you can get expensive items from it.

lol i am so unlucky because i keep geting the rock 
but if you do win the paintbrush what paint brush would you get?

but if you do win the paintbrush what paint brush would you get?A friend of mine has gotten a Tyrannian Paint Brush in the past, however I'm not 100% sure how long ago that was. And yeah, I tend to get the rock or the cave myself, but I still keep trying!

The Tyrannian Paint Brush is the one that's painted on the Wheel, so I guess it's the only one that it gives out. But I couldn't tell for sure.
