Neopets hasn't ticked over to the 15th yet.

Neopets Standard Time goes by Pacific Standard Time. In other words, It's currently 4:15pm on the 14th. It probably won't be available for some hours. Thanks for the reminder, Hazard! I always forget about this one. Plus just as another thing, when the neopets skin changes to the B-Day skin, it'll be available.

He should be able too, since there are no restrictions that I know of on buying anything from the toy shop account-age wise.

If by the toy shop you mean the main shop toy shop, i doubt that.

Aren't account ages applicable to all shops? (not sure whether it applies for the igloo too)

Damn I was going to add the goodie bag to my list and try and get some.

I'm surprised there aren't more things going on, like there was at halloween. Don't think I have been playing when there has been a birthday before.

I'll go do it now. I can't use that quick add thing anymore. I wondered what the points system was all about...turns out they are for the quick add function but I used them all

The points are for a website that you can use to record how many avatars you have and which one's that you need. It tells you how to get them all etc
