As you all know, Neocodex has been going through a staff revamp for the past few days and has already completed its first and second parts. We have promoted two excellent new super moderators and have had to unfortunately let some of our staff go as well. In order to complete the third part of this staff revamp, I am pleased to announce the promotion of some new moderators.
The following board members have been chosen by the staff and administration to help us in moderating the board and ensuring general welfare and prosperity on the board
.We are pleased to promote Black Flame, Bryan, Calum, Dudeonline, Marine and SupermanFTM to the moderator position.
They should have already been promoted or will be promoted soon. Soon after, they will be undergoing some pretty rigorous training to ensure that their jobs are performed properly. Over the last few days, the administrators and super moderators have been discussing some ways to properly train new moderators and we have decided on some neat ways to do so. First, we have created some tutorials on how to moderate Neocodex. We have also created a test or quiz of sorts for them to take so that they can receive immediate feedback on how they chose to moderate the situation described. Hopefully this will help in creating better moderators.
After they finish their training, they will be allowed to moderate on the floor as real moderators do. Please give them your utmost respect and please follow their directions around the board.
