I have read what you said, and your trying to eliminate the need for several moderators. This does not take care of the small issues which is why we need several moderators. gg though.

You can't eliminate what doesn't exist.

It is needed though. Just because you can't realize it doesn't mean it isn't so.

Wait, what?
You don't think we need mods at all...?
Without mods you'd end up with vomit worthy material on the site. D:

Alright guys, we'll be discussing his idea later smile.gif. It's a pretty good idea from what I can tell and we'll probably need a combination of what we use now and Laser's idea.

I'm not saying we don't need mods at all lol...I'm just saying that we don't need as many as we do now given our recent activity levels.

There's way too many pinkies floating around now.

I do agree with you to some extent laser, but some of us will fall off over time, why go threw a process of training a new one ever few months when one quits rather then just promoting several getting them all set up at one time and betting on who lasts the longest?

Plus right now you see more of us on at a time since we are all still learning and eager to see what is going on. Once we all calm down a bit you will see us spread out to our respective usual posting times. Which is why you need multiple mods, as time zones and such can prohibit when some staff are online and others are not.

besides calum, the entire new moderating staff is in the US, most being in the west... so if time zones is a problem as you claim it was not adequately solved tongue.gif

No, time zone isn't the issue. Active hours is. I'm central time zone, but I'm up at extremely different times then most people in the states, so it's more about time that people are active rather then just time zone.
